A two-day skill development program for Self-Help Groups (SHGs) was organized by ESAF, Coimbatore, as part of their CSR initiative, in the village of Kembanur, Thondamuthur Block. Ms. Pushparani Kavitha from the Department of Social Work served as the resource person for the event. She delivered an insightful speech on the significance of vocational training and the empowerment of women. Her session greatly enhanced the self-confidence of the participants, inspiring them to pursue skill development opportunities and foster independence.
