NIRF

The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) was approved by the MHRD and launched by Honourable Minister of Human Resource Development on 29th September 2015. NIRF outlines a methodology to rank academic institutions across the country on a range of parameters drawn from the overall recommendations by a core committee set up by the ministry. The parameters are (a) Teaching, Learning and Resources (b) Research and Professional Practices (c) Graduation Outcomes (d) Outreach and Inclusivity and (e) Perception.
