Bharathi Vizha 2025

The Centre for Human Excellence and the Department of Tamil jointly organized Bharathi Vizha 2025 on 11 December 2025 to commemorate the birth anniversary of the legendary poet Mahakavi Bharathiyar.
The event featured Mr. N. Krishnaprasath, Secretary, Vasanthavasal Kavi Mandram, Coimbatore,as the Chief Guest. He delivered an inspiring and thought-provoking address highlighting Bharathiyar’s immense contributions to nationalism, social reform, and Tamil literature.
The programme successfully fostered a deeper understanding of indigenous knowledge systems and patriotic values among the academic community. The celebration served as a meaningful platform to reflect on Bharathiyar’s vision and ideals, reinforcing cultural pride and social consciousness among students and faculty members.
