The Department of Information Technology and Department of Social Work (MSW) organized Extension Activity on Digital Literacy & Safe Internet usage for School Students (Career Guidance) program on 09.01.2025 and the resource person was Dr. B. Karthikeyan explained about the Extension Activity on Digital Literacy and Safe Internet Usage for school students focused on educating young learners about responsible online behaviour, cybersecurity, and digital ethics. The session emphasized the importance of protecting personal information, identifying cyber threats, and using the internet constructively for career growth. Interactive session and real-life examples were given to engage students effectively. This initiative aimed to empower students with skills for safe navigation in the digital world, fostering informed career choices.
