Health club is a facility designed to promote healthy dietary pattern, physical fitness and overall well-being of faculty and students through a variety of activities. It offers various activities to educate the youngsters to choose right food choices and healthy life style pattern. In addition to this, it offers programmes to faculty members to rejuvenate the mind and body. By fostering a supportive and motivating environment, health clubs help individuals achieve their fitness goals, improve their health, and enhance their quality of life.
