The Outbound Training Club of Nehru Arts and Science College, Coimbatore in collaboration with Nehru Out Bound for Leadership Excellence (NOBLE) organized an engaging workshop titled "Elevate: From Trainer to Mentor" on 30.11.2024, blending physical activities with professional development for the faculty team. The program focused on enhancing mentoring skills through dynamic outdoor exercises and team-building activities. These included trust-building exercises, obstacle courses, and problem-solving challenges, designed to mirror real-life mentoring scenarios.

By actively participating in these physical tasks, faculty members developed key mentoring traits such as resilience, empathy, and effective communication. The hands-on approach not only fostered collaboration but also emphasized the importance of experiential learning, enabling participants to transition seamlessly from traditional trainers to impactful mentors.

Faculty members(28) left the workshop equipped with strategies to inspire, guide, and foster meaningful connections with students, marking a significant step towards holistic development and academic excellence. The event highlighted the club's commitment to professional growth and innovation in teaching methodologies.
