The Workshop on Tandoori was successfully conducted for II B. Sc CSHM students on 10.02.2026, designed to enhance practical knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques. The workshop provided hands-on training in tandoori equipment handling, marination methods, temperature control, and preparation of popular tandoori dishes.
