The Workshop on Spice Trails of Myanmar was successfully conducted for II B.Sc. CSHM students with the objective of enhancing their knowledge of international cuisine and regional spice usage. The session introduced students to the rich culinary heritage of Myanmar, highlighting commonly used spices, their origins, flavor profiles, and role in traditional dishes.
