Two-Day Hands-on Training Workshop on Forensic DNA Fingerprinting

The Department of Criminology and Forensic Science organized a Two-Day Hands-on Training Workshop on Forensic DNA Fingerprinting on 17th and 18th February 2026. The workshop aimed to provide students with practical exposure to advanced forensic DNA analysis techniques and laboratory procedures.

The programme was conducted under the expert guidance of Mr. Karukuvelraja R, Founder and Managing Director of Genolites Research and Development Laboratory, Coimbatore.The session offered valuable insights into DNA profiling methods, laboratory protocols, and real-world forensic applications in criminal investigations.
