The Department of Microbiology successfully organised an invited talk titled “Beyond Knowledge: The Power of Soft Skills in Professional Growth” on 16th February 2026 for undergraduate students. The session was delivered by Karthik Rengarajan, who shared valuable insights into the role of soft skills in shaping a successful and sustainable professional career. The talk focused on key competencies such as effective communication, adaptability, leadership qualities, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and professional ethics.
