Noble (Nehru Outbound for Leadership Excellence)

The School of Management, Department of Business Administration, organized the Nehru Outbound for Leadership Excellence (NOBLE) programme for II BBA Aviation students on 24.06.2026 and 25.06.2026 at Kaliapuram, Coimbatore. The two-day outbound training focused on developing leadership, teamwork, resilience, and confidence through experiential learning. Students actively participated in high-rope adventure activities, the Rifle Challenge, and various team-building exercises that enhanced their communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills. The programme concluded successfully, providing students with valuable life skills and holistic personality development beyond the classroom.
