Hospitality in Action: Industrial Visit to The Residency Towers

The Department of Catering Science and Hotel Management organized “Hospitality in Action: Industrial Visit to The Residency Towers” to provide II Year CS&HM students with practical exposure to luxury hotel operations. During the visit, students explored various departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Service, and Kitchen, gaining valuable insights into their functions and coordination. The Training Manager guided the students through the hotel, explaining departmental operations, service standards, and industry best practices. Students interacted with hospitality professionals and observed real-time workplace activities. The visit successfully bridged classroom learning with industry practices, enhancing students’ professional knowledge, confidence, and career readiness.
