Academic Visit to “Tamil Nadu Police Museum”, Coimbatore

About the Event

The Department of Criminology and Forensic Science organized an academic visit to the Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services, Coimbatore, for the I B.A. Criminology students. During the visit, students gained practical exposure to fire safety measures, rescue operations, emergency response procedures, and disaster management practices. Fire and Rescue personnel explained the functioning of emergency response systems, the use of firefighting and rescue equipment, and the responsibilities of firefighters during critical situations. The interaction provided students with valuable insights into the role of Fire and Rescue Services in protecting lives and property and managing emergencies effectively.
