The RANGADHĀRĀ Art Competition provided students with an opportunity to combine creativity with an understanding of Indian cultural heritage and traditional knowledge systems. The activity enhanced students’ artistic skills, imagination, observation and visual communication abilities while encouraging them to explore temple architecture and diverse Indian art forms. It also created awareness of the importance of preserving and celebrating India’s tangible and intangible cultural heritage through contemporary student expression.
