Peer Mentorship Program

About the Event

The School of Commerce, Department of B. Com CA organized a Peer Mentorship Program to promote collaborative learning and student development. Senior students guided junior students by sharing academic knowledge, study strategies, career insights, and learning experiences. The program focused on communication, confidence building, teamwork, leadership, and skill development. It provided students with an opportunity to interact, learn from one another, and overcome academic challenges through mutual support. The initiative strengthened peer relationships and created a supportive learning environment within the department. Overall, the program enhanced students’ confidence, leadership abilities, communication skills, and sense of responsibility while promoting the theme “Learn from Peers | Grow Together.”
