The Department of Biotechnology, organized the Nehru Outbound for Leadership Excellence (NOBLE) programme for II B.Sc students on 24 and 25 June 2026 at Kaliapuram, Coimbatore. The two-day experiential training programme was designed to foster leadership, teamwork, resilience, confidence, and interpersonal skills among the students. Students enthusiastically participated in high-rope adventure activities, the Rifle Challenge, and various team-building exercises, which provided opportunities to develop effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving, coordination, and leadership abilities. The programme encouraged students to overcome challenges, work collaboratively, and build self-confidence through hands-on learning experiences.
