Academic Visit to “Kerala Police Academy, Thrissur”

About the Event

Educational Visit to Kerala Police Academy was conducted on 18 August 2026 by the Department of Criminology and Forensic Science for the III B.Sc. Forensic Science students, with the objective of providing practical exposure to crime investigation, forensic practices, and specialized law enforcement units. During the visit, students had the opportunity to observe and learn about various crime scenes, investigation procedures, forensic evidence, and the practical application of forensic science in criminal investigations. The interactive sessions and demonstrations helped students connect their academic knowledge with real-world investigative practices. The visit successfully enhanced students’ understanding of forensic techniques, crime scene management, and professional responsibilities, thereby strengthening their practical skills, awareness, and career readiness.
