On 17 February 2026, the Department of Criminology and Forensic Science of Nehru Arts and Science College organized a one-day academic visit for I M.A. Criminology and I B.Sc. Forensic Science students to the Kerala Police Academy, Thrissur. The visit was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Vinod Kumar P N, Assistant Sub Inspector of Police, Research and Publications Wing, who served as Officer-in-Charge. The programme offered students valuable practical insights into police training systems, investigative procedures, forensic applications, and operational demonstrations, effectively bridging theoretical learning with real-world law enforcement practices.
