Alumni Guest Lecture

The Department of Computer Applications organized an Alumni Guest Lecture on “Artificial Intelligence and AI Models” on 03.07.2026 to provide students with an understanding of the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence and its applications across various industries. The session was delivered by Mr. M. Vijay, an esteemed alumnus of the department, who is currently working as an AI & Automation Engineer and Full Stack Developer atTata Consultancy Services (TCS), Kochi. Students gained a clear understanding of Artificial Intelligence and modern AI models. Participants learned about real-world AI applications across various industries. Students became aware of career opportunities and the skills required in AI and automation. The session motivated students to explore AI technologies and emerging trends. Students interacted with an industry expert and gained practical insights into AI development and implementation.
