The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning was established in the year 2020 – 2021. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) has become an emergent domain that involves the understanding and reproducing human cognition. Machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) are becoming dominant problem-solving techniques in many areas of research and industry. The AIML applications are embedded in many products and industries such as speech recognition, search engines, medical diagnoses, robot control, advertising, etc. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning will help the society by developing lot of applications in healthcare, transportation, Process control, citizen services, and enablement of data-driven and informed decision making. AIML programme allows students to specialize in AI, ML and its related fields that combine a pioneering and industry-oriented syllabus with seamless and wholesome learning experience.
