About the Event

The Nehru Centre for Women Excellence successfully organized a Crochet Workshop on 1st August 2026, empowering students with creativity, practical skills, and entrepreneurial insights. The workshop was led by Ms. Poornima Nagaraja, an experienced crochet trainer, who introduced the fundamentals of crochet and guided students through essential techniques in an engaging hands-on session. Students enthusiastically explored the art of crochet while learning a valuable skill that encourages innovation, self-employment, and sustainable craftsmanship.
