About the Event

The Department of BBA CA & IB, Nehru Arts and Science College (Autonomous), organised the “Ethical Decision-Making, Team Building & Collaborative Leadership Exercise” under the Leadership, Governance & Institutional Excellence practice section of DESC 2026 on 24.09.2026. The activity provided students with practical exposure to ethical decision-making, teamwork, communication and collaborative leadership. Students worked in teams on ethical and organisational situations, discussed alternatives and developed suitable solutions. They shared ideas, coordinated tasks and presented their viewpoints, encouraging active participation and shared responsibility. The activity enhanced students’ ethical awareness, problem-solving ability, communication, teamwork, leadership skills and confidence, while promoting responsible decision-making and effective collaboration.
