GST Compliance and Filing: A Five-Day Practical Workshop

About the Event

A five-day practical GST workshop was organized for final-year Commerce students from various streams to provide hands-on knowledge of GST concepts and compliance procedures. The workshop covered GST slab rates, interstate tax compliance, GST registration, invoice preparation, input tax credit, GST returns, and practical GST filing procedures. Mr. N. S. Saran acted as the Resource Person and guided students through real-life examples and practical demonstrations using the GST portal. The workshop enhanced students’ understanding of GST, improved their ability to handle GST-related transactions and filing procedures, and developed practical skills and confidence in applying GST concepts in real-world business situations.
