Faculty Refresher Program

The Department of Biotechnology successfully organized a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on 11 July 2026 for the Biotechnology faculty members. The session was conducted by Mr. Venkataswamy, Resource Person from Mediomix.

The programme focused on recent developments in biotechnology, industry expectations, and the importance of bridging the gap between academic learning and industrial practices. Mr. Venkataswamy shared valuable insights into current trends, practical applications, research opportunities, and industry-oriented skills required for biotechnology professionals. The interactive session encouraged faculty members to adopt innovative teaching methodologies and strengthen industry-academia collaboration.
