Outbound Training

The NOBLE and Nehru Rifle Academy conducted a two-day leadership and rifle shooting training programme focused on student development and safety. Day one kicked off with ice-breaking activities and mindset-building sessions, followed by team challenges like ring-target games and a seven-level rope course to build collaboration. On the second day, students transitioned to rifle shooting, where they learned weapon mechanics, target practice at 10 metres, and four core safety principles. Under strict supervision, participants practiced the standing shooting position to improve their concentration, precision, and self-control. Ultimately, the interactive program successfully equipped students with essential life skills, ranging from teamwork and communication to confidence and discipline.
