The Outbound Training Program was organized to enhance students’ leadership, teamwork, and communication skills through experiential learning. The program included various outdoor activities such as rope exercises, obstacle challenges, and group problem-solving tasks that encouraged active participation and collaboration. Students developed trust, coordination, and effective communication while working in teams. The training also fostered resilience, adaptability, and decision-making skills in dynamic situations. Overall, the program provided valuable practical exposure, improved interpersonal relationships, and strengthened leadership qualities, enabling students to confidently face real-world challenges and work effectively in team-oriented environments.
