OUTBOUND TRAINING

As part of the two-day Outbound Training Programme held at NGI NOBLE on 01.07.2026 and 02.07.2026, students of II B.Sc. IoT and II B.Sc. AIML actively participated in the Rope and Riffle Activity. The activity was designed to enhance leadership, teamwork, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills through experiential learning. Students worked collaboratively to complete rope-based challenges and obstacle tasks that required trust, strategic thinking, and mutual support. The activity helped participants build self-confidence, resilience, adaptability, and interpersonal skills while fostering team spirit and encouraging them to step beyond their comfort zones for holistic personality development.
