Out Bond Training Programme

A two-day Outbound Training (OBT) Programme was conducted for the second-year Visual Communication students at Noble Training Academy on 29 and 30  June. The programme aimed to strengthen the students’ leadership, communication, teamwork, and self-confidence through experiential learning. The training featured a variety of rope-based and ground-based activities designed to promote active learning, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. These activities encouraged students to step out of their comfort zones, take on new challenges, build trust among their peers, enhance their decision-making abilities, and work effectively as a team.
