The School of Commerce, Nehru Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, successfully conducted a Two-Day Outbound Training Programme for students. The programme was highly interactive, engaging, and experiential, providing students with an opportunity to learn beyond the classroom. Through a variety of team-building activities, leadership exercises, problem-solving tasks, and adventure-based learning experiences, participants developed essential life skills such as communication, collaboration, decision-making, adaptability, and self-confidence.
The outbound training encouraged students to step out of their comfort zones, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and understand the importance of teamwork, leadership, and resilience in both personal and professional life.
