Faculty Refresher Programme

The Faculty Refresher Programme was organized by the School of Management, Department of Business Administration, Nehru Arts and Science College, to enhance the teaching competencies of faculty members. The session was delivered by Dr. S. Naganandhini, Dean – Placement & Student Affairs and Professor, MBA, Nehru Institute of Technology, who shared insights on innovative pedagogy, student engagement, and outcome-based education. Interactive discussions and practical examples encouraged participants to adopt modern teaching practices.
Outcome: Faculty members strengthened their instructional, mentoring, and classroom management skills, gained awareness of contemporary educational practices, and became better equipped to create an engaging, student-centered, and outcome-oriented learning environment.
