BioIdeathon 2026: Innovate for a Sustainable Future

About the Event

The Department of Biotechnology organized BioIdeathon 2026: Innovate for a Sustainable Future on 30th July 2026 from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. The event was conducted by Mr. V. V. Subash, B.Tech., M.B.A., (Ph.D)., Incubation Manager, NGI TBI. During the session, the resource person explained the importance of innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable solutions in biotechnology. Students worked in teams to develop innovative ideas, prepared PowerPoint presentations, and presented their concepts before the panel. The event provided an excellent platform for students to enhance their creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, and presentation skills while encouraging them to address real-world challenges through biotechnology.
