About the Event

The School of Commerce, Nehru Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Coimbatore, organised the Department Association Inauguration, “FEST O COM”, on 30 July 2026 at 10.00 AM at the P.K. Das Auditorium. The event was organised to formally inaugurate the departmental association and to provide a platform for students to enhance their academic, professional, creative, and leadership skills. The programme featured Dr. Ravithirumalaisamy, Ph.D., Assistant Head of Department – Accounting, Finance and Economics, Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS), Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, as the Chief Guest. The event highlighted the theme “Ideas. Innovation. Impact. Shaping Tomorrow’s Business Leaders.” and emphasised the importance of innovation, professional development, interdisciplinary learning, and active student participation. The programme motivated students to actively participate in academic, professional, and entrepreneurial activities while strengthening their leadership, communication, and innovation skills.
