The Department of Catering Science and Hotel Management, Nehru Arts and Science College, successfully organized a Workshop on the Art of Towel Folding and Presentation on 18.09.2026 for the I B.Sc. Catering Science and Hotel Management students as part of the Accommodation Operation subject. The workshop provided students with practical knowledge and hands-on training in various towel-folding techniques used in the hospitality industry. Students learned to create attractive and creative towel designs suitable for guest rooms, bathrooms, and special occasions. The activity enhanced their creativity, presentation skills, attention to detail, and professional grooming. It also helped students understand the importance of neatness, aesthetics, and personalized presentation in delivering quality housekeeping services and improving guest satisfaction.
