About the Event
The Department of Computer Applications successfully organized the HACKTHON REGENERATECH 2026 on 22.09.2026, The hackathon provided a collaborative platform for students to identify real-world challenges, generate creative ideas, and develop practical prototypes using emerging technologies. he event emphasised innovation, teamwork, critical thinking, technical skills, and the practical application of computing concepts.
The hackathon enhanced students’ problem-solving, programming, teamwork, communication, and project-development skills. Participants gained practical exposure to transforming ideas into technology-based solutions and experienced the stages of ideation, development, testing, and presentation. Industry interaction with Mr. M. B. Mohan helped students understand current technology practices and career opportunities. The event encouraged students to think creatively, collaborate effectively, and address real-world challenges through technology.
