Drug Awareness and Prevention Programme

About the Event

The Community Relation Cell and NSS organised a Drug Awareness and Prevention Programme in association with Ramky Foundation, under the HDFC Bank Parivartan CSR Initiative, on 23.09.2026 at the P.K. Das Auditorium, Nehru Arts and Science College (NASC). The programme aimed to create awareness among NSS volunteers about the harmful effects of drug and substance abuse and to promote healthy, responsible and drug-free lifestyles. A total of 72 NSS volunteers actively participated and benefited from the programme. As part of the awareness activities, a Drug Abuse Prevention Pledge was administered to the participants, encouraging them to reject drugs and promote a healthy way of life.
