Faculty Development Program on Classroom Communication for Teaching & Mentoring in Association with ICT Academy
Nehru Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Coimbatore, in association with ICT Academy, successfully organized a three-day Faculty Development Program on “Classroom Communication for Teaching & Mentoring” from 11–13 May 2026. The program was designed to enhance communication, mentoring, and learner-centered teaching skills among educators.
A total of 50 faculty members, including 20 faculty members from Nehru Arts and Science College and 30 faculty members from various other institutions, actively participated in the program. The sessions provided valuable insights into effective classroom engagement, communication strategies, and professional mentoring practices, thereby contributing to the overall development of teaching competencies and academic excellence.
