About the Event

The Department of BBA Logistics and Aviation Management, School of Management, Nehru Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Coimbatore, organized a Professor of Practice session on “Strategic HRM: Compensation and Administration” on 18 September 2026. Mr. V. Sriram, Head – Central Services, L&T Campus, Malumichampatti, L&T Coimbatore, served as the resource person. The session provided students with practical insights into strategic human resource management, compensation practices, employee administration, and workplace requirements. The industry-oriented interaction helped students understand the application of HR concepts in organizational settings. The session enhanced their practical knowledge, professional awareness, analytical thinking, decision-making abilities, and career readiness, strengthening the connection between academic learning and industry practices.
