Workshop on The Art of Indian Cuisine

The Department of Catering Science and Hotel Management organized the Workshop on The Art of Indian Cuisine to provide students with practical exposure to authentic Indian culinary traditions and professional cooking techniques. The workshop featured live demonstrations on regional Indian cuisines, spice utilization, traditional cooking methods, plating techniques, and kitchen best practices by an experienced industry chef.
